Eiffel Excellence Scholarship 2021
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program 2021 was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and Ph.D. programs.
It gives an opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants up to 30 years old from developing countries at master’s level, and applicants up to 35 years old from developing and industrialized countries at the Ph.D. level.

Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: this program is reserved for non-French nationals. Candidates with two nationalities, one of which is French, are not eligible.
- Eligible Course or Subjects: Master and PhD degree program in various fields
- Law studies;
- Economics and management;
- Engineering sciences at the master’s level, Science in a broad sense at the Ph.D. level (engineering sciences; exact sciences: mathematics, physics, chemistry, and life sciences, nano, and biotechnology, earth sciences, sciences of the universe, environmental sciences, information, and communication science and technology);
- Political sciences.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Must be non-French nationals
- For the master’s level, candidates must be no older than 30 on the date of 2020. The campaign, that is, students born after March 1989. At the Ph.D. level, candidates must be no older than 35 on the date of the 2021 Campaign, that is, students born after March 1984.
